Here at SRS we believe in not only quality workmanship, but using a product that will outlast any of our competitors’ products! We use high-quality roofing materials for every type of project.
Residential Shingle Roofing
We use a variety of quality materials to not only help solve residential but also commercial and industrial clients’ roofing problems! For residential clients, we have a large variety of styles and colors of shingles to help suit all clients’ roofing needs. We use Owens Corning and CertainTeed Shingles, which are known worldwide to be some of the best roofing products!
Commercial & Industrial Roofing
For our Commercial and Industrial clients we use Versico and Mule-Hide, which are premium materials that both come from the Carlisle manufacturer. We utilize a 60mil TPO roofing system, which stands for Thermoplastic Polyolefin. Asphalt low slope roofing is no match to Missouri and Illinois’ harsh alternating weather conditions, therefore we believe in a strong single-ply roofing system such as TPO. After over a decade of installs, we have with our own eyes witnessed TPO’s extreme durability and its high output to being hail resistant — an absolute must-have for our Missouri and Illinois weather.
Owens Corning Duration Shingles:
Features of Owens Corning Duration shingles is they are a limited lifetime shingle and they have patented the SureNail strip, which is a reinforced nailing strip that not only helps keep nails from blowing through shingles but also bonds to the tar strip from the above shingle making it nearly impossible for shingles to blow off in even the highest winds. This gives it an exceptionally high wind resistance of 130 MPH. It features a 200% wider bond area in the nailing zone over standard shingles, and a triple layer of reinforcement occurs when the fabric of the SureNail strip over layers the two shingle layers called the common bond area.
CertainTeed Highland Slate:
CertainTeed Highland Slate is an affordable old-world slate look-alike shingle that is a tribute to simpler times. Highland Slate is a modern day interpretation of elegant old world roofing. By combining the classical allure of slate with the state-of-the-art performance of asphalt construction, Highland Slate provides homeowners a smartly-priced roof that will showcase brilliantly while offering unwavering protection against Mother Nature. It is a Class A fire resistant shingle and ensures that each shingle meets the industry’s most demanding quality standards for roofing materials.
